Wonderful Hotel Experience
friendly staff excellent breakfast
I found the hotel to be wonderful the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent I especially enjoyed the wide variety of choices available. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and will recommend it for a weekend stay because the location is really quiet.
The main restaurant was not open to guests the main bar was also closed. It would have been helpful to know this information in advance so I could plan accordingly.

i appreciated the convenient location next to the metro station and shopping center. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the employee who assisted me with printing a ticket. the hotel provided very comfy and tidy rooms.
the bathroom door had a slight issue.

faulty air conditioning unsatisfactory food
The breakfast provided a good start to the day.
The air conditioning in my room malfunctioned. It continuously blew cold air directly onto the bed and could not be adjusted. This made for an uncomfortable sleeping environment. the restaurant food was unsatisfactory.

The gym was disappointing (i must admit). It had only one treadmill. The sauna also seemed small for a hotel with so many rooms. The restaurant was really not good, i think.

friendly staff good wifi
the breakfast buffet offered good options. i found friendly staff throughout the hotel. the location was convenient with easy access to public transport and a short walk to malls. the hotel also had good wifi, which i appreciated for staying connected.
the tv did not have internet access, limiting options like netflix, and there were no english channels available. i wish there was better entertainment.
